Mobile Centrifuge Dewatering & Thickening Rig

.

centrifuge machine

The removal of ultrafine particles from the effluent prior to discharge into the sewage works is crucial as the disposal costs are greatly increased dependent on the amount of suspended solids it contains. With the use of the centrifuge it greatly reduces volume, saving money on storage and transportation. The systems can be individually adapted, feature all of the necessary components, are fully piped and ready for immediate use, from municipal wastewater plants to the management of peak load to an enormous variety of industrial fields to rapid support in the event of bottlenecks.

Benefits:

The Mobile Centrifuge is tailored to the properties of your products with total control of various speed pumps(feeding products to centrifuge) achieving a dry high percentage solid content, greatly reducing volume, in turn saving money on storage and transportation.

Liquid Centrate Discharge Chute

Liquid Centrate Discharge Chute

This unit is a rectangular tank profiled to the liquid discharge flange of the decanter centrifuge.
Centrifuge Sampling

Centrifuge Sampling

The Unit has a sample Point and Antifoam Injection Point.
Low Level Drain

Low Level Drain

Centrate by gravity to local low -level drain.

Mechanical Specification

Tr screen

Capitalising on our 25 Years of experience in servicing and implementing solutions within the waste and water sectors, this innovative 3 stage approach is specifically designed to process material with high volumes of rag, fat and grit. Solids removed in the process for disposal are also industry leading in terms of cleanliness and dryness, significantly reducing transport costs.ement of peak load to an enormous variety of industrial fields to rapid support in the event of bottlenecks.

Benefits

  • Stage 1 ( rag removed) ensures that screens do not blind there for returning optimal product to a treatment facility (major benefit in comparison to traditional vibration and screening systems)
  • Cleanliness of waste reduces odour ,maximises and optimises skip use.
  • Increased throughout reduces tanker downtime and minimises transport costs.
  • One man operation with a minimal operator intervention.
  • Robust design ensures reliability and minimise downtime.
  • Efficient solid separation minimises grit build up /blockages in tanks reducing plant downtime.
  • In-situ processing reduces the requirement to transport large volumes of product to a central processing facility-minimising transportation and disposal costs.
  • Comprehensive Operation Module with full training available.
  • BPM Tri-Screen Pus is tailored to the properties of your product with total control of variable speed pumps ( feeding product to vibrating beds)and frequency of vibration, ensuring optimal screening capture.
  • Solid capture location can be amended to suit specific requirements.

Stage 1 - De-Ragging

Stage 1 - De-Ragging

Material flows onto 8mm screen.
Mechanical arms rake rag from screen.
High pressure water jets clean rag.
Open side auger conveying channels carry rag to be compacted.
Product (with rag removed) passes through the screen to belly tank.
Stage 2 - Larger Solid Separation

Stage 2 - Larger Solid Separation

Material pumped to steel spreading plate to ensure even spread across vibrating plate.
As mechanical rake has removed the vast majority of rag and far during stage 1, this allows vibrating bed 1 to efficiently remove smaller particles of rag, grit, stone, bone etc. maintaining a high rate of product throughput and processing.
Larger solids vibrate into channel to be removed. Location of skip can be amended to suit site-specific requirements.
Product passed into second belly tank.
Stage 3 - Finer Solid Separation

Stage 3 - Finer Solid Separation

Material pumped from belly tank to Cyclone for the remaining solids separate.
Materials pumped across fine screen filter and dewater.
Remaining product is either discharged for treatment or re-processed.
Solid capture location can be tailored to suit site-specific circumstances
